Such a lovely place! Close to some restaurants and shops (5 minute walk). Quiet neighborhood and fun house!

Perfect for us and our grown up children and partners 8 people in total. We loved the location and the pool. The hosts were very helpful but most of all Maria is an absolute gem and nothing was too much trouble.

Maria has been a lovely host, she and her husband went out of their way to welcome us in our own language and make our stay comfortable. The villa itself is perfectly located: nearby the beaches, away from busy roads and with a beautiful ocean view. The swimming pool and poolhouse are a great addition to the villa, we spent most of our time there. The power went out once but it was fixed in half an hour, even after office hours. Thank you for the lovely stay Bo&Paulo!

Wonderful stay! Maria was an exceptional host and the breakfast she served was delicious. Favorite part was the pool and upstairs deck!

We had an amazing stay here. This is our second visit here. We were here 11 years ago too. The best thing about this villa is the outdoor area with its own pool and the amazing hosts (Maria and her husband, Paulo's parents). The outdoor area is nicely planted and well maintained by the hosts. Maria offers incredibly good homemade breakfast that can really be recommended, with homemade croissant, baguettes and yogurt. The pool is cleaned every day. It is located a bit on the outskirts of quiet and amazing Kantiang with a short walk to good restaurants and a fantastic beach. Little developed area to be in Thailand, and it feels quite exotic with snakes, large insects and exotic plants, yet everything you need for a good holiday is nearby. The house itself has deteriorated a bit since the last time we were here. Several necessary upgrades have been made (such as new air conditioning, new furniture and new kitchen equipment), but the house itself could use some love. There are gaps between doors,

We were very happy to stay in Bo and Paulo's house. Maria, who is Paulo's mother, was very helpful and made the best breakfast. Two families lived in the house. Which worked really well. Will definitely return.

Kantiang beach resort is fabulous. Beautiful beach, lively fun beach bar (why not) and enough in the village to occupy for a week. 7 min walk to beach / bar / restaurants / massage - yet peace and quiet at the villa with pool. The villa is homely, clean, loved by María and Jose who live over the road. Maria is so supportive but not intrusive. It was my husbands 60th at the villa and Maria kindly made a cake and decorated the covered out door seating with balloons and banners while we were asleep. Drinking water provided all week via a large water cooling machine which was great at keeping us hydrated. Kitchen good for cooking but we didn't as so convenient to eat out. Did have takeaway which was excellent. Same same but different / pad thai rocknroll / aqua bar all great meals. The villa is on two levels which offers sharing couples privacy. It's a great place to stay. First time in Thailand for us and can't wait to return. ❤️

Beautiful villa in a nice quiet bay. There were seven of us and there was enough room. If you want to enjoy the island and islands in the area and like it quiet, this is the place to be. Maria and her husband lovingly take care of the villa and its guests. Everyone should treat themselves to Maria's breakfast, the croissants and baguette she bakes herself are an absolutely delicious change and everything else is prepared with a lot of love.

We loved staying at Bo and Paulo's house in Kantieng Bay. Paulo's mum Maria was there to meet us and she gave us a very thorough tour of the place at check in. She's very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach has warm, clear water, white sand and no waves. We would love to return to Villa Autthaya again.

We loved our stay here. Exceeded our expectations. Bo and Paulo were brilliant before we arrived, booking transfers, boat trip, and providing hire contacts. Maria is a fabulous host. And makes the best breakfasts (that are so generous they stretch to lunch). Absolutely recommend.

We stayed at the villa with our adult sons and were completely happy and satisfied. This is what paradise must be like. Maria welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. Actually, you could only chill by the pool every day if the area didn't have so much beauty to offer. Great beach, restaurants, 7eleven, massages etc. etc. all within walking distance and the Thais incredibly friendly and lovable. 100 out of 100.

We had an amazing stay at villa Siam Lanna. Maria and her husband were truly wonderful hosts. She made amazing breakfast, helped us with taxis and other questions we had during our stay. The house is just beautiful and the village and the beach are peaceful and quiet but still with good options for eating and drinking. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed as a family of five over Xmas and it was perfect. The house is exactly how it looks in the photos and very comfortable. The outside area is particularly good with loads of great seating areas and pool. The area is ideal with the beach/bars/restaurants only a short walk away. Being near the south of the island we recommend getting mopeds for a day and heading out to the national park and beach attached. Ultimately, the best thing about this place is the warm welcome from Maria. She was incredibly helpful and always on hand whenever we needed anything. We would highly recommend this Airbnb (and Maria!).

We had a great stay here. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed, just like in the pictures and better. The hosts were incredible. Very communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the island. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The villa was a great place to relax with the family! During our trip, the youngest of the family fell ill and we quickly received advice from the hosts about our situation, thank you for that! The beautiful beach, which is great for families, was a short walk away and there were shops and restaurants along the way. A great place for those looking for a quiet location, but who appreciate local amenities.

The place and our stay were a dream. Even before our arrival, Bo & Paolo organized everything for us. We were very warmly welcomed by Maria and she also took wonderful care of us. The breakfast was a dream and not only that, the baguette and the croissant were homemade…. We felt like we were staying with friends and highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing stay. We stayed 10 days in Bo and Paulo's house on Ko Lanta. And we could easily have stayed longer. Maria and José's help was indispensable. Maria in particular has been a star! Since our son had a hard time with the food, Maria got him pasta. She is the most heartwarming grandmother who treated our children as if they were her own grandchildren. We were really spoiled every day with the most delicious breakfast before the many trips we took in the area. I wish we could go back another time, because it was the best vacation we have ever had.

It's hard to know where to start, this stay was so perfect. First, of course, the house. A marvel with all the necessities if not more. Comfortable beds, amenities and toys for children, all the space you need (we were 6 adults and 3 children), a breathtaking view, great decor, perfect cleanliness, a very nice garden/pool etc. Then, the service. Bo and Paulo manage their place remotely but are not only ultra available but also always attentive to our needs and super proactive. They made sure to communicate everything to us well in advance and to help us with our arrival. To facilitate our stay, they took advantage of the help of Paulo's parents who live on site. Maria and José are just absolutely adorable, always smiling and happy to help. We also had breakfast, which delighted us every morning, and went through their partner for transportation. 5 STARS.

It was a wonderful time at Villa Ayathuya. Thanks to the hospitality and dedication of the owners, we were able to fully relax for a few days in comfortable conditions without having to worry about anything — the house provided everything we needed. Maria even helped us organize a birthday cake for our friend and, without hesitation, baked delicious pastel de nata for us! Her husband kindly assisted when we had a small "bed and air-conditioning incident." We're truly grateful for everything. If we ever return to Koh Lanta — it will definitely be there!

We visited Bo & Paulo's wonderful accommodation with 2 families and 4 children and we had a great time. Paulo's parents, Maria and her husband, live near the villa and have enriched the stay with such a friendly approach, many tips for ordering food, restaurants, excursions and transport. We enjoyed Maria's breakfast every day with delicious baguettes, homemade jams and fresh fruits. From the villa, the beautiful beach, restaurants and shops can be reached on foot, which made it easy for us to get supplies. We rented scooters for three days and explored the extensive area with a lot of fun! The kids loved the pool! Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our privacy. Just a 2 minute walk away was a family run restaurant that also had amazing food and the beach a few minutes down was beautiful as well!

Bo and Paulo contacted me before I came to make sure that I had everything I needed, and sent me lots of information about the area. Also, they arranged transportation from Sala Dan to their villa. They are extremely nice people and were very easy to work with. Any issues that we had were resolved immediately. Marie fixed the most fabulous French breakfast every morning and gave us wonderful recommendations on local restaurants. The baguettes and homemade croissants were a highlight every morning. They arranged transportation every time we needed it. The Villa was extremely clean. My granddaughters loved playing in the pool, which is cleaned every morning. They are very lovely, kind people.

Wonderful house for a relaxing stay. Our children loved the pool & spotting all the local wildlife. It's situated close to the Elephant sanctuary 'Following Giants' which was a wonderful experience. It's also walkable to the beach & bars. We found a lovely massage place on our last day called Minimouse massage & spa, we just wish we had found this sooner. Maria is a fantastic host & provided wonderful breakfasts. She was always on hand with any questions. This house is a great base in the south of the Koh Lanta Island. Many Thanks.

Wow! Amazing villa in a great location. Looks just like the photos. Eight of us spent the week at the villa and felt completely relaxed and at home. The pool was perfect for the hot, humid days. Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops, 7-11 and the beach. Maria was wonderful! She greeted us when we arrived and gave us the house tour. She was easily reached for anything we needed help with including rides, water refills, random questions, etc. Her husband cleaned the pool daily and swept the outdoor area. We received a sheet and towel refresh halfway through the week. This was a top notch AirBnb experience. 100% would come back and rent again.

The villa is sensational and just as beautiful as described! Maria welcomed us very warmly and also gave us many tips. The pool was also cleaned daily. The villa is well equipped, there is nothing lacking! The place and the beach are also great, the right mix of peace and entertainment or restaurants/bars. Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Siam Lanna. It's a fantastic villa with all the modern comforts and enough space for a large family group. The house is spacious and comfortable, the pool is lovely. The area outside, around the pool is a great place to relax. There is lovely little Thai restaurant and corner shop within a 5 minute walk from the villa. The beach and village are a short stroll. The best part of the stay was the hospitality of Maria and Jose who looked after us through the entire stay. Maria provided us with the most delicious breakfast we had on our trip. We also enjoyed the fresh baguettes prepared by Maria. Bo and Paulo were very responsive to our queries and were a great help in organising transportation and transfers to the island. All in all, we had a great stay and would love to stay again.

We are family of 4 with one toddler one baby. The host prepared us high chair, baby bathtub, cot bed, and toys, which is very helpful when travel with kids. Location is lovely. Nearby has few amazing beaches. The villa is very comfortable and clean. We hope to come back in near future.

Lovely villa with the greatest of hosts. Paulo's mum and dad are the loveliest people and nicest hosts you could ask for. They truly cared for us in every way they could, definitely making the experience more memorable. Bo and Paulo were always on hand, and very responsive to messages. The villa is just as beautiful as the photographs, with a lovely pool. It rained almost every day we were here but we still enjoyed being in the villa very much. Koh lanta is very different to Phuket, much more relaxed and peaceful. If you are staying in koh lanta I would definitely recommend this villa ☀️ Paulo's dad is a master chef and bakes the nicest bread, croissants and pancakes which I would highly recommend, I would eat them every day if I could! Maria truly cared for us both which we are very grateful for ❤️ all the best to Bo, Paulo and his family ❤️

We had a lovely week at Villa Ayutthaya. If you want to make yourself at home, this is the place for you. The villa is very clean, big and cozy. The Villa has everything you need for your stay from dishes to laundry detergent. Clean and pleasantly smelling bed linen, towels. Comfortable beds. The villa is in a quiet location close to 7/11, the beach and other small shops where you can buy everything you need. Maria was very friendly and kind and told absolutely everything about the house. You can order food to the villa. A clean saltwater pool refreshed us every day. To be honest, we didn't even want to go to the beach, it was so good for us at the villa. We definitely recommend you to visit. It's a pity that we have been few days, we will be happy to come again and stay longer.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay! The house is absolutely stunning, inside and outside (very clean swimming pool, many comfy areas to enjoy meals or have a rest,...), the location is perfect (5min walk to Kantiang beach, sea view,...) and the hosts are fantastic. Breakfast can even be served to you if you wish. A very special Airbnb: you feel at home right from the beginning and you eventually do not want to leave! :-)

Nice and clean home. Maria and her husband were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to everything we needed help with. Nice beach - but a lot of jellyfish, so watch out for the kids. We spent two weeks in the house with our three children. They loved the pool and the area. We spent 3 days in Koh Ngai, it was a great experience. Maria's breakfast is amazing 🙏❤️

Lovely place! We (five adults and two infants) really enjoyed our time in this little oasis. The villa is charming, has great facilities and a nice pool area. Option to buy freshly baked bread every day was a nice touch. Worth noting it is located slightly remote. ~5 min walking distance to Kantiang Bay town, but along the main road and up a small remote road that gets dark in the evening.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bo and Paulos! From the very beginning of our communication they were excellent. They were incredibly responsive all the time and helped with eating places, booking taxis, transfers, etc. The villa was perfect for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the space. Very nice house, well-equipped, well-decorated, comfortable. A true haven of peace, conducive to rest and zen. Beautiful pool and terrace. Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. It is nice to have different living spaces (garden furniture, deckchairs, living room, indoor table...) The house is located 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and bars and restaurants. Very good hosting. Hosts go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing time. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay at Bo and Paulo's villa! They were super friendly, provided us with a baby cot, had great local recommendations and were always responsive to messages. The villa is beautiful and close to some amazing restaurants and bars, especially the drunken sailor and pad Thai rock and roll. Would stay here again!

Bo & Paula gave us very clear and helpful instructions and were constantly in contact with us in case we need anything. Maria is also a lovely lady who even gave us a piece of cake on my partner's birthday! The pool and place in general felt like a haven from the surrounding area despite having a constant surrounded by nature feeling. There was even a cute cat which visited nearly every day at the pool. Look forward to visiting again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer. Maria, the house-keeper made sure to take good care of us and was extremely helpful and kind despite the language barrier. She even provided breakfast an hour earlier than originally planned at the last minute for us one morning. I'm not sure how she pulled that off so successfully! We especially enjoyed the safe and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful and clean space, and air conditioning in each bedroom. It was also fun seeing many frogs, geckos, and some monkeys in the surrounding vegetation. I hope to return here again in the future.

The place is at great location in Koh Lanta with 711 nearby and a great restaurant 100 meters away from the place. It's very clean and comfortable. The lady who helped us check in was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about our stay. We paid for breakfast every morning, and the service was outstanding. Maria and José was the best house hosts. And the online service and guiding from Paulo and Bo was super. They were very helpful getting a good price for transfers and sightseeing in Krabi Town. The house is located in the best nature on the island. More than worth the short walk to the local beach or a taxi to the other beaches on the island. And with the fantastic pool it was only a luxury with the location. The house and pool was very clean and very well kept. And the house hosts made sure we were more than happy with everything. Friendly locals in the small city center and an authentic vibe. 10 out of 10. Really.

This was one of the nicest AirBnB experiences I've ever had. The place itself is a lush, peaceful zen garden. Intuitive furnishings and amenities. The hosts, Maria and Jose live next door and cook amazing French breakfast with home made croissant and baguette. They speak French and Portuguese and maybe a little English, but are incredibly helpful and responsive. Their son, Paulo is fluent in English and communicated via WhatsApp. So friendly and helpful. Every morning the monkeys come to visit. We called it the monkey show. We had a ball watching them play. Steps from the beach and a ton of restaurants. Easy access to whatever you need. The area is wonderful. Stunning beaches, not crowded. Mellow and interesting. Our family of 5 will be back.

Great house within 10 min to local beach. Quieter side of Koh Lanta. Having a car or renting motorbikes might be a good idea. Otherwise, must use local tuk-Tuks taxis to get around to attractions. Snorkeling trips required about a 40 min transport from the villa. The host Bo was very helpful with local recommendations & super quick at responding to questions ahead of time. Also, there were options to get food prepared by Maria at the villa. Our group of 8 really enjoyed the full breakfast on the first day! Great place for a family vacation, with private pool. Super clean as well! Super hosts indeed! Thank you.

Beautiful villa very well located a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The house is very nice and well-equipped and the pool is lovely. Our hosts are perfect, they helped us organize a boat trip to the islands, a boat trip in the mangroves as well as a visit to a nearby national park. They also arranged several massage sessions for us at the villa! Transfer from the airport is perfectly done by taxi. And the best part is Marie who welcomes us, advises us and cooks us wonderful dishes! I recommend it 200%.

Stunning, well equipped house, pool is lovely. Hosts super helpful. Local restaurants all amazing. Local people super friendly. Bombay, ko klong, kantiang and Ko Jark all great beaches. Great day trips to 4 islands, mangroves and Ko Rock.

Thank you for a wonderful week - we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa in Koh Lanta. We received a very warm welcome from our hosts, and everything went to plan. Beautiful location, close to a stunning beach and some excellent restaurants.

We stayed for a week, it was GORGEOUS. Really well organised, has everything you'd need to self cater but also fantastic support from the hosts to find local restaurants and food options. The pool is maintained daily and lovely. The bed was super clean and very comfortable. Strong hot shower. The villa is secure and entry is by a code. You can easily accommodate up to 8, as there are many beds on different floors. We only used the bottom suite as we were only two people. The hosts can easily organise tours to collect you, bikes to rent or transport to nearby sights. National park hiking is gorgeous. Lots of beaches to choose from. Old Town for shopping and food. Boat rides to local islands. Overall we had a fantastic stay, 10/10 highly recommend.

Wowee! It's hard to separate our memories of Ko Lanta from this airbnb. It was such an integral part of what made our vacation so incredible. We were immediately drawn to this villa not just because of the amenities, but because of how authentic it looked compared to your typical bungalows on Ko Lanta. We spent a lot of time in the pool just staring back at the villa because it was honestly that nice to look at. Speaking of which, the pool area alone deserves its own review. Because it is a saltwater pool, the water feels extremely silky and does not have the harsh chlorine smell that you may expect. The addition of the outdoor fridge, toilet, and shaded seating area make it so that you hardly needed to ever go back inside. But if you did, the inside is equally practical, spacious, and beautiful. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, an extra kitchen sink, and an overall beautiful teak wood interior that can't be missed. If you are even thinking about staying at Villa Ayutthaya, I would say do not hesitate and book IMMEDIATELY. It is a stunning property and Bo & Paulo are there to assist you with any help you may need. If you are comfortable driving a scooter, I suggest renting one and using it to explore the rest of the island. Bo has contacts that will make this effortless (they will be dropped off at your door), and then you will be able to see all of the stunning beauty that ko lanta has to offer. It is much quieter on this side of the island, especially if you head even further south, and it is not uncommon to come across beautiful beaches that are completely deserted. Oh, and there is also a super local restaurant less than two minutes on foot called Som Tam in the Alley. It looks intimidating, but you'd be a fool not to go there. Some of the best food in all of Thailand. Thank you so much, Bo! We will never forget our stay here!!!

Bo and Paulo are fantastic hosts! No matter what happens, they are ready to help and do everything to make your stay memorable. The area is authentic. The house is not new, has some things that will need repairs in some years, but Bo and Paulo definitely make sure that the house is suuuper clean!

Bo & Paulo were amazing hosts! They were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating for our group. The house was very comfortable for our group of 8 and had two full kitchens. Their home had all the small touches one needs to feel at home (like bottle openers, scissors, beer coozies, properly stocked kitchen etc). They even organized breakfast for us one morning! We enjoyed lounging in the salas and swimming in the pool. There are also some restaurants, a beach bar and a 7-eleven within walking distance.

We stayed at the ayutthaya house and it was a highlight of our whole Thailand trip. Beautiful wood walls clean bathrooms, fridges and sinks scattered everywhere. Saltwater pool, complimentary beer or cola. Great advice for the islands, and very understanding for short notice booking and late departure. The customer service was top notch. 💯 worth the money.

We loved our stay here in Koh Lanta! The pool is by far the best part of the house. We used it every day we were there. The hosts were incredibly helpful. They helped coordinate our travel to and from the airport at a reasonable price. We also ordered a French breakfast through them one morning that was delicious! The house is very close to beaches and walking distance to restaurants and a 7/11. It's in a quiet part of Koh Lanta that we really loved!

The villa is lovely and secluded and only a short walk to Kantiang Bay. Bo and Paulo were great hosts - very responsive and helpful throughout!

Our family spent a memorable vacation at Bo and Paulo's beautiful villa. We all, children and adults alike, enjoyed having the choice between a wonderful pool for swimming and beach a short walk away. We loved the spaciousness provided by the separate living quarters and amazing outdoor facilities. We also loved our daily breakfast of fresh baked croissants, the dinner we chose from the delicious menu, and friendliness of Bo, Paulo and his parents. Communication, cleanliness, and service met all our expectations for an idyllic holiday and beyond.

Very nice room, fully equipped, the pool is cleaned every day. Can cook own meals. The room is very close to the sea, a five-minute walk. The room has three floors, and you can see the sea view on each floor. There is a 7-Eleven and some restaurants just outside. Very good.

Very nice two hosts, knew we were coming and contacted us two days in advance, all kinds of instructions. Because of the traffic jam on the boat, we were two hours later than expected, the lovely host was waiting for us in the house! That's great! Also thoughtfully prepared snacks, mosquito repellent, and a flashlight! There really couldn't be a better host than them! The house is even more amazing! Beautiful villa and pool with sea view! Bo and Paulo were incredible hosts, they were so helpful and very responsive. The house was lovely, the pool great and shaded and Kantiang Bay the best place on Ko Lanta. Any issues we had, due to things outside their control were dealt with efficiently and promptly.

Bo and Paulo were excellent hosts! They were very responsive in the lead up and throughout the trip. They were extremely helpful in arranging airport transportation for better rates than you can find elsewhere and helping us book a 4 Islands Tour. The villa is clean and beautiful and the location is perfect, at the most beautiful section of the island. Bo and Paulo were also helpful in telling us where we could find delicious authentic food in other parts of the island. My friends and I had a great and relaxing stay.

Such a pleasure to stay in Bo and Paulo's villa. Bo was a speedy and efficient help with all transport and tour enquiries and arrangements. Jose made sure the pool was clean every day and as we understood some French we were able to have a chat - although he is very efficient with Google translate 🙌. The house is in a very quiet location a short walk from a beautiful beach and some restaurants and shops with all the essentials. All kitchen equipment you could need is available, even toaster, rice cooker, blender and microwave with all the pots, pans, utensils and crockery needed. Netflix and WiFi was a great option for our teenagers, as were the separate rooms giving us plenty of space. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊.

Very cozy villa where we spent 4 nights! The setting of the villa is nice, and the pool is clean! It's very convenient to go out for dinner, go shopping at 7-11, go to the beach to watch the sunset, etc., it is very convenient, it is suitable for friends or a group of friends to travel and live! Highly recommended, more than five-stars host. You can easily get to the beach by foot within 10 min. There is a 7-11 store so that you can easily grab things you want such as foods and drinks. There is a clinic on the way to main road, so this location is really perfect including everything you want. Jose hosted us responsibly, he showed every details about the villa and always tried his best to help us. Although he only speaks French, he used the google translation for help. The translation sometimes weren't exactly true, however, don't worry about it, you can easily understand the house rule and check in smoothly. There is something wrong with the water pump the last day, Bo and Jose were responsible for this problem. We really appreciate it. Lanta is awesome for both the view and people, we really enjoy this trip.

The house is located on the south side of Koh Lanta. Compared to the north side, the south side is less crowded and not as convenient, but it is especially suitable for vacations. The beach is also less crowded, very clean, and perfect for taking photos. The room is very clean and fully equipped. The host speaks Portuguese and prepared snacks for us. Communication was also very smooth. The villa is relatively close to the beach, about a few minutes' walk. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. It's suitable for a family trip. This is a great experience, the host will always be relentless to explain to us about various problems, all the life problems can help us, respond to messages quickly, and we don't have to worry about it at all. We were greeted by Aunt Maria, very pleasant, no BBQ grill and swimming circle, knowing we needed, would go immediately to prepare for us, gave us thoughtful preparation of small snacks bread and beer and mosquito water to welcome us, made us feel at home. That was super awesome experience in Bo&Paulo's villa!!! It's such clean and big. The swimming pool is fantastic. Love it!!! My friend's birthday was the first day we check in. I asked Bo if I can book a birthday cake. Then she said yes! Maria made a cute cake for us. And she is also nice. That was mean a lot for us~~~We really spent a such such great time in the villa. An unforgettable trip, the host helps us with the scheduled return car, the host's mother is a kind mother, basically does not speak English, but the mobile translation software is very skilled, and there is no obstacle to communication. At check-in, the mother-in-law met us at the door of the room, introduced us to the hotel's room and implementation, the three floors of the hotel, the private pool was very clean, and we spent most of our time in the pool. The washing machine in the villa facilitates the laundry needs for a long vacation. The host thoughtfully prepared the bread and instant noodle because of the noon lunch time at check in. The villa is located about 5 minutes walk from the beach, less than 100 meters from the small dish market, you can buy something to eat and drink, 7-11 needs the next slope, it is like 300 meters, there is a spa and car rental service, it is a good choice to rent a motorbike here, you can conveniently shop and play, because the villa is in the south of Lanta, so it is close to Lanta Natural Park, but still need to drive a motorcycle to pass.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Villa Ayutthaya and strongly recommend this beautiful home. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, who is a fabulous host and cook, with a great welcome pack including delicious cake. The villa is a short walk from beautiful Kantiang Bay and village with lots of nice restaurants. The villa is clean and comfortable. My husband and I love the teak wood and the decoration. Our favourite place was by the pool and outside Sala which made our time there truly relaxing. The Sala has a large comfortable rattan dining table and chairs which are great throughout the day and evening for just hanging out or eating. The large overhead fan keeps you cool even on the hottest days and the drinks fridge in the Sala is so handy for that ice-cold beer, coke etc and the Bluetooth loudspeaker built into the light bulb linked easily to our phones to play our favourite tunes and was a lovely addition. Thanks for helping to make our holiday wonderful!

This house is amazing!! Our family of 5 visited Koh Lanta in July 2019. We found this villa to be the perfect location. It is off the main road and sits up high so you get beautiful views. It is within walking distance to the beach, stores, and delicious local restaurants. The villa itself is sparkling clean and was more than enough room for our family. The hosts had special touches like freshly baked cake loaves and fresh fruit upon arrival. It's so nice to have a private pool to cool off in. Paulo's mom will cook for you if you choose. She made us fresh croissants, bread, spaghetti bolognese, portuguese beignets and much, much more. It was delicious! She is the sweetest. :) Bo and Paulo are extremely responsive, kind and helpful. They are there for you for anything you happen to need. A few favorites....go to A La Carte for dinner. AMAZING sticky rice and pad thai! We ate there three times. Rent scooters and head south to get gorgeous views of the sunset from the hilltops. Sit on the hammocks at the Drunken Sailor and sip a Thai iced coffee. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you for everything!!

The villa was absolutely beautiful, all rooms were clean and grounds very well kept. We were greeted with a warm welcome and all our needs were met throughout our stay! The homemade food was very good and was delivered straight to our door by the hosts! I cannot fault anything, the hosts were super friendly and have done everything to make sure we had the best stay possible.. which is very helpful when the rain is so strong it is difficult to get out. Would recommend to friends and would definitely return!

The host BO is a very enthusiastic and very nice person, since the day of booking their villa, never bothered to solve everything for me, really thank you so much! From airport pick up to helping us order spa, they can assist with what they want to do on the island. On the day of check-in, we were hosted by an aunt Maria in France, warm and thoughtful, all in all it was two words: perfect! Two more words: Thank you! The villa is very good, the view is good, the swimming pool is changed every day and cleaned by a dedicated person, the villa is super clean, and the garbage is also cleaned for us every day, which is rare on BNB. All in all, everything is good, we are 7 people on this trip, it is especially spacious and comfortable, I recommend it to everyone!

This is my third time in Thailand, but it's my first time choosing BnB. This time we brought our parents to celebrate our child's birthday together. It was the birthday of the landlord's mother, Maria, on the day we arrived. It was so fateful. The house is quiet, clean, and comfortable, as described. After staying for three days, we received a warm welcome from Maria, and all the difficulties were solved. Maria is very good at using translation software! No matter what country you come from, you will be able to communicate without barriers. The day I walked, my mums took a photo with Maria in front of the villa, and they were all so warm to each other. We've walked out for a long time and Maria still waved at the door when we turned back. My son said loudly: thank you! goodbye! What a lovely scene. Thank you Bo & Paulo & Maria!

This place was great! Fantastic hospitality and quick responses really really helped make our trip one to remember. 5 minute walk to the beach and just off the main road. The landlords also help us organize excursions and trips to the ferry. Couldn't have asked for better service!

If you're looking for a wonderful space to relax on Koh Lanta, this is it. The outside area and the pool are amazing with a great view and a built in Bluetooth speaker, and equally as good is the inside for hanging out after a long day in the sun, everything is decorated in such a nice way to provide a very good island and upscale vibe. Bo and Paulo are very attentive to your needs during the duration of the stay, replying to any questions we had very fast and helping us rent motor bikes, suggesting good food, and setting up in villa massages. The food provided by the most gracious host Maria is very good and served at your leisure either inside or pool side. Would definitely stay here again, we were sad to leave.

Positive response from Maria who takes care of the house and manages check-in & check-out. She explains in a simple way all the amenities & tips with a translation app on her phone. Very nice house that has everything you could possibly need during your stay. A big + as Maria has her private residence close to the house and can answer various questions. Three-storey villa, the flat area is relatively small, suitable for a family of five to eight, the location is located in the south of the entire island of Lanta, it is more convenient to drive, but the butler is French and does not speak English, but it is basically no obstacle.

We were a group of 8 people and loved every minute of our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the friendly Maria who had prepared us cake and fruit. The location is great being very close to some markets and anything else you may need but also the area is a very quiet spot. If we ever had a problem or needed anything we were answered very quickly - Bo and Paulo are both extremely helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone else wanting to just relax and enjoy their time in Koh Lanta.

My husband and I had a great time at Bo and Paulo's place! We booked the entire house to ourselves, it was awesome!! The pool was kept clean every day, and we literally used the pool during the hottest time of the day to cool down. The house itself was clean, stylish and organized. We had everything we needed and more! Paulo's mom was a such a sweet lady who greeted us upon arrival and when we left. You can tell by the menu they offered, she's seriously a good chef! Kantiang bay was such a relaxing beach! Very few crowds through the day.. almost like a private beach! Our stay was lovely and we were sad we couldn't stay longer. In the future we shall bring our family back when we are in Ko Lanta again! P.S - I personally loved the Drunken sailor restaurant near by the place.. very gluten free and vegan friendly!! 🙂

This family villa is very nice and clean, the private pool is also chic, and there is also a small comfortable pavilion in the small garden, which is especially suitable for a family's relaxing vacation. When you arrive on an Island like Koh Lanta, you don't know what to expect. Because it's not like the other islands. It's still how it should be. And that's what this villa is: How it should be. Bo and Paulo are great hosts, the villa is cute and the pool and pool area are very private. There are more villa's in the vicinity, but there are enough trees and walls to be separated when you are hanging by the pool. The chef is living just around the corner and can make you your favorite meal at your villa or at his own place. Very easy, very tasty, no hassle. We loved it!

Nearby 3 minutes on foot there is a small market convenience store restaurant. Rental car shop 5 minutes to the beach. We are a family of six going to the villa. There is no feeling of being crowded. Two more people would be fine. The Host's family was exceptionally welcoming and even prepared their own baked bread to greet us. Snacks and beer are also provided, which is very considerate. I have to say that communication is quite timely. The house is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay during this trip, and the host's friendliness made us even happier. And the host never disturbs you. If you need anything, you can reach out to the night market quickly. I felt the deep respect of our international friends. The beach was a short walk, with a delicious restaurant and fun bar! Not crowded at all and very clean! There were little restaurants and shops very close by and everyone was extremely friendly. Paulo's Mom, who checked us in and cooked for us was warm, gracious and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time and recommend Villa Siam Lanta very, very much!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

You are very close to town only a 10 minute walk to the beach but far enough away to not hear anything but the wonderful nature sounds. We were a group of 4 friends and all can't wait to come back. Very nice villa, 8 of us in our group said well, warm, the host is very responsive, and the manager is very attentive, there are questions, the last morning we ate the host's cooked breakfast, very delicious! The environment is very good, but it is not very convenient to get around. There is a dirt road at the door, and there is a 7-11 not far away. You can buy what you need. The island is very quiet and suitable for holidays! In short, a wonderful trip!

The whole house is exceptionally good. The environment is very quiet, and the facilities are very complete. The kitchen can meet all the needs of a Chinese person. There is a store nearby where you can buy groceries. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach. The house is at the southwest end of the island, a bit far from the liveliest part of the Weekend Night Market, but we rented a car, and it takes about 30 minutes by car.

Bo and Paulo are excellent hosts. Unfortunately due to an error on our travel plans we were unable to stay and had to cancel last minute. But the communication up to the point we canceled was excellent. They had a lot of tips for things to do around the island and were always quick to respond. I hope in the future i get the chance to stay at this Airbnb. Highly recommend!

I am from Thailand and I rediscovered my own country through their villa and I loved it! The villa is perfectly clean, spacious and in a secluded, special area of Koh Lanta. And on top of that it's not too far from the convenience store and from the beach. We have also ordered the breakfast everyday from the in-house menu which was absolutely delicious and very relaxing to have in the bamboo gazebo outside. Also they have the pool cleaned every early morning which is great! This place made us feel like home. Thank you again for everything, we will definitely come back!

We had another great stay in Kantiang Bay! This time we stayed in Villa Siam Lanna, and we had a fantastic time. Upon arrival we were greeted with free snacks and drinks in the fridge, and a very clean villa for us to immediately put down our bags and jump into our private pool. Everything is exactly the same as in the photos. Even better! Do not hesitate to book here. We had a great boat trip during our stay, and enjoyed our tour around the island, which finished with a spectacular view point dinner. I would definitely recommend this villa. It is very spacious with a great swimming pool, and also has a very large balcony to sit and relax on, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The view from the loft is very nice. Beds comfortable and strong wifi signal. We will be back again soon! Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful villa!
