We are excited to host you! To make sure you have a happy and safe holiday, please take a few minutes to read through this guide. We love our villas and hope you will treat them as your home away from home. ☺

🏠 Villa Rules

  1. 👟 Remove your shoes before entering the villa and before going up to the 2nd floor. This is a Thai tradition and keeps the villa clean.
  2. 🍽 Eating & Cooking — Do not leave food out; it attracts pests. Seafood, Durian, Jackfruit, and other strong-smelling foods are NOT allowed inside the villa. They leave odours that affect the next guests.
  3. 🚬 No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is allowed outside on the balconies, gazebos, and in the garden.
  4. 🔐 Keep valuables in the safety box and always lock the doors when leaving.
  5. ⚡ Before leaving the villa, make sure the gas cooktop, all bathroom exhaust fans, and all electric appliances are switched OFF.
  6. 🗝 On checkout, please return: Door keys · Safety-box keys · Key card · 4 umbrellas · Flashlights · Any other borrowed items.
  7. 🎉 No parties, no outside visitors, and no overnight guests without our approval.
  8. ⚖️ No illegal activities anywhere on the property.
  9. 💡 Power outages do happen on Koh Lanta — the island is beautifully unspoiled and not fully developed. The authority fixes them quickly. Enjoy the pool or gaze at the stars in the meantime!
  10. 📶 WiFi

    Please do NOT touch the yellow cable behind the internet router — it is fibre-optic and very sensitive. Responsible internet use only.

🏊 The Pool

  • Do not jump into the pool from the ground floor or from the balconies.
  • Pool cleaning happens every morning around 6:30–7:30 am.
  • Please do not eat or drink in the pool.

🧹 Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping time: 10am – 2pm daily.
  • Housekeeping is provided free of charge on a set schedule.
  • There is a washing machine and drying rack on the ground floor for your personal use.
  • Housekeeping does not cover: guest laundry, cooking items, dirty dishes, or personal belongings.
  • Extra housekeeping or additional linen/towel changes can be arranged for 1,500 THB per session. Just ask us.

🍳 Meals, Transfers & Tours

  • We offer homemade food delivery — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — prepared by our European chef. Book at least 1 day in advance. Visit siamlannavillas.com to browse and book.
  • The BBQ is FREE to use. Charcoal costs 200 THB.
  • Private transfers to/from the villa are highly recommended. Please book at least 1 week before arrival or departure.
  • In-villa massage, tours, and excursions can also be booked on our website.

🔒 Security Deposit

As standard procedure, any damages to the villa or costs incurred during a guest stay may be deducted up to 10,000 THB from the security deposit.
