We are excited to host you! To make sure you have a happy and safe holiday, please take a few minutes to read through this guide. We love our villas and hope you will treat them as your home away from home.
Villa Rules
- Remove your shoes before entering the villa and before going up to the 2nd floor. This is a Thai tradition and keeps the villa clean.
- Eating & Cooking — Do not leave food out; it attracts pests. Seafood, Durian, Jackfruit, and other strong-smelling foods are NOT allowed inside the villa. They leave odours that affect the next guests.
- No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is allowed outside on the balconies, gazebos, and in the garden.
- Before leaving the villa, make sure the gas cooktop, all bathroom exhaust fans, and all electric appliances are switched OFF.
- On checkout, please return: Door keys · Key card · 4 umbrellas · Flashlights · Any other borrowed items.
- No parties, no outside visitors, and no overnight guests without our approval.
- No illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- Power outages do happen on Koh Lanta — the island is beautifully unspoiled and not fully developed. The authority fixes them quickly. Enjoy the pool or gaze at the stars in the meantime!
- WiFi Password: goldenpool2. Please do NOT touch the yellow cable behind the internet router — it is fibre-optic and very sensitive. Responsible internet use only.
The Pool
- Do not jump into the pool from the ground floor or from the balconies.
- Pool cleaning happens every morning around 6:30–7:30 am.
- Please do not eat or drink in the pool.
Housekeeping
- Housekeeping is provided free of charge on a set schedule for stays of 7 nights or more.
- There is a washing machine and drying rack on the ground floor for your personal use.
- Housekeeping does not cover: guest laundry, cooking items, dirty dishes, or personal belongings.
- Extra housekeeping or additional linen/towel changes can be arranged for 1,500 THB per session. Just ask us.
Meals, Transfers & Tours
- We offer homemade breakfast for 300 THB per person, bookable through our website or at the villa the day before.
- Private transfers to/from the villa are highly recommended. Please book at least 1 week before arrival or departure.
- In-villa massage, tours, and excursions can also be booked on our website.
