Immigration Registration

We must register every non-Thai guest with Thai Immigration (form TM30) within 24 hours of arrival. Please send us your passport details before you arrive. It takes about 2 minutes per guest.

What is the TM30?

The TM30 is Thailand's notification of residence for foreigners. Under Section 38 of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the owner or manager of any place where a foreigner stays (hotel, guesthouse, villa, condo or house) must report that guest to the Immigration Bureau within 24 hours of their arrival.

The legal duty is ours, as your hosts, but we can only file it with your passport details.

What you need to know

  • Every non-Thai guest must be registered, including children and babies. Thai nationals can be left out.
  • Every stay counts. Each hotel or villa files its own TM30, even if a hotel earlier in your trip already registered you.
  • Send your details at least 2 days before check-in, using the form below. One form per booking is enough.
  • No passport copy needed. Just the details as printed in each passport. Please bring every passport: we check them quickly at check-in.
  • If we have not received your details by check-in, we will need every passport on arrival before check-in can be completed.
  • Without a TM30, immigration may refuse or delay a visa extension or 90-day report, and some offices fine the foreigner as well as the host.
Send your details

Add every non-Thai guest staying in the villa, with the details exactly as printed in each passport.
