our villas and we hope you will treat it like it’s your own.
CUSTOMS
Please remove your shoes before entering the villas and the stairs to the 2nd floor. This is a common Thai tradition
that also keep the villa clean!

Please DO NOT TOUCH the yellow cable line behind the internet router as it’s fiber-optic and extra sensitive.
Responsible internet use only, no illegal or illicit content.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the villa. Please smoke outside at the balconies, gazebos and garden where
ashtrays are provided.
FOOD
Please avoid leaving any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Seafood, smelly fruits such as Durian, Jackfruit
and other potent smelling food are NOT ALLOWED in the villa as they leave behind undesirable smell which isn’t
respectful for the next guests.
WATER
We offer complementary drinking water throughout your stay for your convenience. To be consumed at the villa only. Kindly request a new bottle to the management team once the bottle is almost finished.
ELECTRICITY
Please make sure that the gas cooktop, all bathrooms exhaust fans, and every electric appliances are OFF before
exiting the villa. Also please note that there may be power outage as Koh Lanta is still rich in it’s nature and not
fully-developed power grid. The authorities usually fixes it quite fast, so please hang in there, enjoy the pool or
gaze the stars.

In case you need to get anything delivered, below you will find the villa’s adress. Note that deliveries might take

LAW AND RESPECT
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without approval from the villa’s management.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
THE POOL
Do not jump in the pool either from the ground floor or from the balconies. Refrain from drinking or eating in the
pool. Please refer to the pool rules guide which you can find by the pool.
We offer pool cleaning every morning around 7-7:30am.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping Service is provided free of charge on a selected schedule for long stays. Housekeeping is not
responsible for the cleaning of or taking care of Guest Laundry / Used Cooking Items & Utensils / Dirty Dishes &
Glasses / Personal Belongings; Please contact us if extra Housekeeping Services or towels / linen changing is
required, this can be arranged at 1500 Baht per time. Please note that there’s a washing machine and drying rack
on the 2nd floor for your personal use and convenience.
