The space

*Villa: features a 3-level of spacious layout and a large hardwood-floor loft, with exceptional sea views of Kantiang Bay and Koh Rok on the horizon. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms, an outdoor lounging area, and a private laundry room. Please note that the toilet on the 2nd floor is for sharing between all the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our 3rd bedroom is an attic room, not en-suite, and suitable for young adults or kids. While the other bathroom is located on the ground floor, near the pool.*Pools and garden: A manicured courtyard with cobblestone walkways compliment the new two Thai-style gazebos or ‘Sala’ that overlook the 7.5 m private saltwater pool where you can enjoy your meal or take an afternoon nap. The villa is adorned with exotic floral gardens and striking palm trees that sway and glisten in the Thailand sun.*Cleanliness: Our villa maintenance team works hard to give you a perfectly clean villa. They take cleanliness very seriously and never compromise on the standard.*Design: The design of this villa boasts large, open, and ambient living areas, with the decoration and features of the interior and the exterior reminiscent of the Northern Thailand “Lanna” styles. Please note that the second floor can only be accessed through the stairs from the 1st floor outside the villa.

*Services: recently upgraded with fiber optic high-speed internet and an optional private chef. We can also arrange restaurant food delivery, in-villa spa and massage, island tours and excursion, airport transfer, car and motorbike rental for you!

Guest access

Only 10 mins walk to the stunning white sands of Kantiang Bay which is often voted the ‘Best Beach of Koh Lanta’ …Kantiang Bay. This is the ‘upmarket’ suburb of Koh Lanta, with the only 5-Star and award-winning resort on the island located only a few hundred meters away.

There is no need to climb steep hills, walk into secluded areas, or trek into the jungle to get to Villa Siam Lanna. Only a short walk to Shops, Convenience Stores, ATMs, Tour Agencies, Motorbike and Car Rental, Restaurants, and Beach Bars. Kayaking, Snorkeling, Jungle Tours, Waterfall and Elephant Treks, Speedboat Island Tours, and Scuba Diving are all available in the immediate surroundings. The mountains around the estate are National Parks, with treks available to the protected areas and to Koh Lanta’s famous Lighthouse.

Parking is available, as is private and public transportation to and from the estate, to the different beaches on the island, or to the closest Piers, Airports, and Cities… A very comfortable, relaxing, and convenient location awaits you, in Kantiang Bay, Koh Lanta.
